I've been a tenant for nearly a year and have only had one work order in my entire span, and it was dealt with promptly and with professionalism. The staff on the grounds are always very cordial and friendly to me, and whenever I have a question or a concern regarding anything, they are always willing to assist me.

The location of the complex is situated right next to Cooper's Glenn, which is owned/operated by Western Heritage, who also owns/operates Rock Maple. "The Glenn" is, for all practical purposes, over-spill for the dorms for Evergreen, and the crowd there is as noisy as what one might expect. The same can be said, to a smaller degree, of Rock Maple's tenants. There are occasions of unacceptable noise levels either outside or bleeding through my bedroom walls, but nothing so horrible as what can be expected at Cooper's Glenn.

The apartments themselves are all new construction, modern appliances and the like. Parking is ample, but not reserved. The grounds are adequately maintained, but typically look very nice. The square footage is nice, at around 770 square feet-- good, open spaces and nice walk through.

Included costs considered (for me, water, sewer, garbage, and basic cable), the rent is about on average with other places around Olympia of similar quality.

Overall, I'd recommend Rock Maple to anyone looking for high-quality, affordable housing in and around Olympia.
