I've been living here since July of last year and it has been nice. My neighbors can be really annoying, but that is what you're going to find at any apartment building. I live in one of the lofts, and it is a nice place - soooo much better than the TESC dorms. Rock Maple bought perhaps THE cheapest appliances out there. The oven is about worthless, but the fridge and the dish washer do OK. The heating system is completely non-existant in my apartment. All I have is an on/off switch for the heat, and there's a 12" x 8" heater under the staircase that is supposed to heat the entire place. It's horrible, but it works.. sort of.

The rent is fair, especially when you share it with someone else. We're paying $750 a month plus electricity and internet. It usually ends up being $850 in expenses. The only thing I am not sure about is pets. I know they allow cats, but I wouldn't mind having a small dog around but I don't know their policy on that.

As far as these other posts, I have not had one incident with the staff here and they have always been good to me. Whenever I have had a problem the maintenance person has always attended to it quickly and fixed it perfectly. The other residents in my building are irritating but not often loud. So far, so good. I would recommend this to any college student looking for a quiet, relatively cheap and nicer place to stay for a year or two.
