The manager who took over about 2 years ago is the definition of the word -----. Even though the apartment shares the street corner with the dorms of a college, she treats the complex like a retirement community. There is a reason there is no credit requirement to live here, they want your money. And what others are saying about the manager lying about evictions is true. I gave notice of my intent to vacate in well more than the legal time required for new employment out of the county, but since it ended the lease early, after I moved she reported it as an eviction. She is an evil pathetic woman, at least the rest of the staff is generally friendly. On the other hand, the apartments are nice for the price, but I wouldn't recommend them for any college students unless you are the more quiet type.
