I've Lived at this Apt. for one year with my wife and 11 month old son. After moving in last May 3 months into our agreement Manament was presented with severel repair requests including and short in a wall outlet that causes half the house to loose power when somthing was plugged in. Also after our seventh month I wrote a letter regaurding my concerns and repair requests,
Our front door at this point finally reached a point that my son himself could open the door while it was locked. After recieving the letter the letter was discarded as trash and our Front Door was never repaired till this day. Our main concern was the fact that a unreported Robbery took place one week prior to the letter sent to the landlord. After many many weeks of calling and being told tomarrow, it never came. My Sincere concern for the renters of Nahon & Nahon At Savannah Manor
