I absolutely loved my apt. and loved living down town I was a long time resident because of that. Unfortunately the staff was terrible; they never returned phone calls, never knew what they were talking about when they did. always conflicting and inaccurate information chased with lies to save there asses enveloped in pure incompetence that always seemed to cost me money. An outrageous rent increase finally moved me out. My rent increased 120$ per month with a 30 day notice (total of 160 in a 7 mo period).i couldn t even get a hold of mngmt. to give my notice. so that cost me too. in addition they constantly lost my rent payment and served me with eviction notices. Even after giving them receipts there still billing me'
one last thing there is some weird smells that happen there and instead of investigating and fixing they attempted a cover up with wall mounted air fresheners' also a very mysterious always wet area seeping through the wall of happy teriyaki with a nice presence of mold yummy. and if you like to live on edge take your garbage out here at night. absolutely no lights excepts for the small fires made by vagrants in the winter.
and what s the deal with almost monthly inspections' is that really necessary
