In my eyes Management & Maintenance are top Notch. I am also a long time resident who's rent was increased, it was quite a large amount, but worth it. I have NEVER had Any difficulties. You sound like an angry resident who couldn't afford his/her rent.

Awesome I???m excited you have had a good experience! Downtown is beautiful especially this time of year. I wish you luck, and hope that you won???t be familiar with the same negative experience???s that I struggled through. For purposes of progress which I again wish you much luck with its not polite or relative to base someone???s personal experiences on there financial status it seems like an obtuse discrimination especially with your lack of knowledge regarding my finances. But I do appreciate your experience and opinion we all have are own and it makes our world diverse. I will share that I have lived many different states financially for I??? am stricken with the human condition of life; but it does occur to me regardless of my financial status i have always had respect for others and there lives and have always had the pleasure of living a positive productive and passionate life. Its hard for me to consider that I was simply an "angry resident who couldn???t afford my rent" I, instead like to base my opinions and review on the actual experiences I had communicating and dealing with management with issues that occurred while living at Stuart Place. And unfortunately I was not pleased with the performance, accuracy, responses record keeping and competence of the staff. I wish I had a different opinion but I dont and can only look at this as a oppurtunity to relate with the staff and hope they will examine there shortcomings.
