This is a HORRBLE place to live. The landlord does not make repairs and will try to rip you off any way possible. When doing your move-in walk through, if you decide to live here, be sure to CAREFULLY describe EVERYTHING that is remotely off. Make sure those desciptions are exact and that you do not allow the landlord to write them down. If you allow him to, he will write that you have a scratch in your closet door when it is actually a hole then charge you for the hole. He will also charge you for repairs that he never makes, so make sure that you are prepared to lose all or most of your security deposit if you choose to live here or be ready to take him to small claims court.

In addition, the landlord is rude on an everyday basis and makes the overal living environment unbearable. If you choose to make any complaints about the living conditions or other tenants, the landlord ask you to move without cause or reason because tenants are on month-month leases.

Overall, I recommend that you stay away from this apartment at all costs. If you do live here, be careful and make sure to carefully document all problems and call the police as often as possible in order to protect your rights as a tenant, otherwise the landlord will screw you!!!
