mr. chang is awesome and we love it here. spacious, gorgeous, well kept apartments with marble and stone floring, a STEAL for the price and utilities all paid. i would recomend you live here, but there are no openings, hah!

You obviously do not know what you are talking about. Mr.Chun is the owner and manager. He has been since 2000, so I am not sure why you would come on here posting that there is new management. Lastly, it is Mr.Chun not Mr.Chang.
