I lived in an apartment at Cobble Court for one year, and enjoyed the experience. Our apartment was in the front, newer section, and was very clean and comfortable. The floor plan was pretty, and the neighbors were very nice. We had no problems with theft, bad teenagers, or stolen vehicles. We had absolutely nothing stolen even though we had bikes on our back porch, and grandchildren?s toys out for days at a time. We enjoyed swimming with our children and grandchildren throughout the summer, and playing with the grandkids in the parklike court area. I would definitely rent from Cobble Court again if I should find myself in Washington in the future.
