Nothing but problems!

I rented from Cobble court from out of state without seeing the complex or unit, except for online apartment guides.
The portion of the complex my unit is in, is nothing like what they advertise! Two days after I moved in, I advised the office staff of a number of problems, ranging from carpets not clean and with large (and loose) patch in living room floor - laundry (in unit) broken - mail box & storage closet keys I was given were wrong - kitchen cabinet shelves sagging 1" - bathroom fan didn't work - abandoned cars w/o windows parked in front of the building - missing guard railings at deck & entry stairway - squealing car tires in parking lot all night - shady people arguing & fighting in parking lot/sidewalks - just to name a few!! Some of these issues were addressed by the staff, but none within the legal time limit they are required to meet.
Staff was not willing to re-write or void my lease and I was given the choice of staying, or moving and loosing all deposits and being responsible for the remaining lease time.
