high w/s bill, Maint incompetent, stolen mail

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Didn't realize the water sewer bill could be up to $60 for SEWER portion.
' Outlets don't work, appliances barely work properly, maintenance doesn't know how to do their job.
Not even the proper way to caulk a bathroom.
When the mailboxes (locked) were broken into, the mgrs didn't even notify tenants.
Otherwise I would have been able to stop payment on the checks I wrote to utility co.
which were stolen and name changed, cashed etc.
Mgrs had new mailboxes put in in a different location and still didn't notify tenants.
Some tenants were checking and depositing mail in old boxes for over two weeks after new ones were finished.
Storage facilities very easily broken into, (you could open them with the wrong key even.) Charged for normal wear and tear, if a friend of a visitor happens to have a warrant for failure to pay child support or anything, you are given a warning that next time such occurs, eviction.
