I currently live at Cobble Court and have been here for 3 years. I find that the maintenance is very responsive to my maintenance needs as long as I let them know what needs to be fixed. Yes, the watersewer bills are a little high but the office staff has taken the time to explain how 'City of Pacific' charges for the watersewer. I also find that the office staff is very knowledgable not only with answering my questions about the watersewer billing but with any questions that I may have. If the office staff doesn't know the answer they will ask their manager and the manager will get back to me in a timly manner. I agree that Cobble Court did not have good customer service and has had some issue's in the past but the staff and the manager that they have now really cares about what is going on.
I say with great confindence that Cobble Court is a great place to live!
