I lived at Cobble Court for 3 years before I purchased my house last month.
While I lived at Cobble Court Management was kind and courtious to me and my children.
I was never worried that my kids were in danger! Although I am a parent that is always paying attention to where my kids are and what they are doing.
I do know that their are some parents do not pay attention to their kids but thats not Cobble Court's fault that those parents neglect their children.
I would highly recommend Cobble Court! Thier rent is very reasonable, the utilites are moderately normal, they are always picking up after everyone, and they have free tanning........

This review is a blatant lie. Utilities are not reasonable, Water alone is 60 dollars a month, and they make you walk to the back corner of hell (the very back of the complex) to take the garbage out. This review is clearly a "plant" by someone who works there or a manager.
