Management Sucks Once Lease is Signed

Think this place looks nice' Think again.
Once you've moved in --- good luck! They will not replace anything with or around your apartment.
No cleaning or repainting on the exterior.
No replacing of the worn out nasty vinyl flooring or carpeting.
If you have problems with noisy, druggy neighbors, they tell you that they cannot get involved, if you have a problem you MUST call 911 and get the police to fix it.
Who take forever to respond.
Great neighborhood for car theives and skate boarding kids at 3am.
Two cars have been stolen in front of our building since we moved in.
High water/sewage bills over $60 a month and no assigned parking...
fend for yourself.
Plus there are nasty, run down garages on property that tennagers party out of during the night! Think twice before yu move here with children! Not a nice place to raise a kid.
Don't let the amenities fool you!
