This complex lacks the understanding that its needs are the needs of it residence.
They slap a new coat of paint on the buildings, but pay no heed to the community needs.
I have gone to management many times regarding the need for an on property security guard.
Just walking through you will see blatant acts of vandalism.
This past weekend our 2001 S-10 was the victim.
Someone ( probably high ) chose to jump up and down smashing in our hood and then stabbed at one of the rear tires, destroying it.
A nice $150 repair out of my pocket.
We've also complained about the lack of convienence with the trash compactor.
Don't let the price of rent be your determining factor for living here.
If you find a nice property that charges a little more for rent, but pays at least 1 utility (say water, $60 at this property a month) You can live somewhere much nicer! As far as residence here that think this is a good place to live ( I think they must not be home much! )

this person is spot on I have lived here for five years and it only gets worse as time goes on just escape and run like hell from cobble court!!!!!!
