I think it's important to check the dates of these reviews. Some of them are a little outdated. In my experience, apartment managers and staff seem to have a really high turn over. Good and bad ones come and go. I've heard some complaints about the current manager but she's always been very nice and helpful to me. I've gotten along very well with the other ladies as well. The maintenance staff has been great. They've always fixed everything proptly.
I was also told that about 4 or 5 years ago this complex was a rough place but the police and management worked together to clean it up.
As for the trash issue, I think it's pretty lame that they took away the bins. Luckly my kids have the chore of taking the trash out. The parking is terrible too. I came from other apartments were you didn't have to pay extra for an assigned covered spot. And here there isn't enough of the uncovered to go around, especially when someone parks a car in the closest spot and never even drives it. That's pretty irratating.
Every apartment complex has it's goods and bads. Overall I have enjoyed living here and would suggest it to others.

This guy is spot on, you should move out though, and experience what a good apartment is like, then there'd be _no way in hell_ you'd recommend this stinking hole. I've recently driven by these apartments and they look worse than ever.... Hopefully people will look a littler further south and avoid this hell hole.
