I have looked and lived at a few apartments in my life and Cobble Court is a great apartment that is affordable and the property looks nice, especially because they use a trash compactor, instead of the ugly dumpsters that some apartments have. At least I don't have to hear the slamming of dumpsters outside or touch a nasty dumpster. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the Maintenance staff. They work very hard to be prompt and take care of the residents and make sure that the residents are happy.

The affordable rent allows me to save money so that I can buy a house in the future. The apartments are also fairly spacious, and some balconies and patios have beautiful views of pretty trees.

dont have to touch a dumpster but what you failed to mention is that maintence doesn't compact the garbage so at nite the garbage is flowing down the street and stairs of the dumpster and rats and other vermin are all around cause they fail to just push the compactor button which is locked so residents cannot do it themselves
