I have lived here 2 years. Rent has stayed the same. I like having my covered parking included in my rent - don't have to pay extra. Manager is a little snooty, but not bad. Grounds are kept up very nice. Maintenance is done ASAP. No complaints about that. The only problems we have had is vandalism to our 2 cars numerous times, and somebody tried prying our sliding door open. Also, with the new Safeway Dist. Ctr. being built across street - the buildings don't seem as structurally sound. A lot of heavy truck activity. I hear the neighbors a lot more.

rent stayed the same for us as well, even though they were _dropping_ it for new residents to attract them to the stinking hole.

nobody pays the same amount for rent just ask around for a one bedroom I asked fellow residents(about ten total) what they pay for rent and it ranges anywhere from $525-$725 I fell they discriminate against some and reward others based on race alone this is not what american equality is all about they are ignorant and a bunch of price fixing racists!!!!

Too true... my fiance and I paid 610 for our one bedroom, and the three units around ours paid 525, 600, and 675. Before we moved, we got a notice that upon the renewel of our lease, it would go from 610 to 725, while our neighbors upstairs still paid only 500 for the same unit!!!
