Wow, I bet it took more time for you to write this reveiw than it would have taken you to drive your trash to the compactor. It sounds to me like your just upset that you got charged $50 for trash pick up. Change is good and if the Manager didn't think it was in our best interest they wouldn't do it. Another review brought to you by the corrupt management of cobble court that posts blatant lies to inflate their rating. The management does what's in _it's best interest_. They didn't change the garbage policy to lower the clutter, they did so to lower their maintenance costs. And another thing, change is _not always good_!

they moved gabage to the back 40 way back 40 in order to as they say "cut costs so renters dont have to pay for garbage" well it is kind of funny now that they are going to be charging $10 a month for garbage so why did the garbage get moved blocks further to save $ and now we have to pay $ to walk it a block away? huh $ gubbers yep!
