This place has gone down hill!! The maintenace sucks the stand around and smoke cigerattes and talk about residents instead of fixing what is falling apart. The office staff is rude and incondsierate! The trash you have to take to the back of the property and if your handicap they may come pick it up for you but not without being rude or talking behind your back. The Police dept. use to have a good relationship with the office but not any more...Therefore the crime has increased!! Drugs being sold and used by the people that live here....Cant wait to move....Oh yea! The grass looks real nice until you walk on it and sink 5 inches into the swamp underneath! And the buildings are sinking into the ground as well because of the mudding/swamping ground.

This guy is completely spot on, DON'T MOVE HERE. Move to willow springs in Puyallup. The old adage is true with apartments you get what you pay for, and with these apartments (cobble court) it's a steaming pile of crap.

All ture my husband i have lived here for over a year and it is horable.. it sucks and on top of that.. you have to pay water and sewer... there just in it for the money
