We lived here from june 2002 to june 2004 in that time the management and grounds got worse and worse. As other users have said, these apartments are sinking into the swamp that is pacific and algona (if your in the market look in edgewood or leah hill). The mold was a SERIOUS problem, and our repeated complaints to management got nowhere. The baseboard molding was all removed when we moved in and we at first wondered why, but after the mold started growing on the window sills we figured out why, they were probably covered with mold. The appliances were in barely working order, the dryer belt started making this high pitch squeal every revolution, and our repeated complaints to management on that went ... you guessed it nowhere.

Most of the other renters like management were rude and unpleasant. They reminded me of the people you'd see if you were crossing the river hades, missing limbs, eye patches the whole works. Disgusting place with disgusting people. and HORRIBLE management. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT THIS MESSAGE COBBLE COURT IS THE WORST PLACE WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY THEY JUST STINK JUST LIKE THEIR APARTMENTS TOO MANY PEOPLE TOO MANY DRUGS TOO MANY KILLINGS AND TOO MANY CALLS TO 911 ABOUT DISTURBANCES!!! GUESS IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE USE TO LIVING IN THE GHETTO
