I live at Cobble Court Apartments right now.
The office staff have always been nice to me.
The maintenance guys are always pleasant when they come and fix things in my apartment.
The parking is great.
I love my apartment and will live here for a long time.

I read a review of another apartment in Des Moines from an obvious management plant... this is the same. a 5 star rating is extremely un-realistic for this apartment consider it's location for example! I've lived in a 5 star apartment (willow springs, puyallup, wa) and this is NOWHERE near that level.

I think that the previous comment from mbuel hits the nail on the head after living there five years I can say this place is a hell hole
