I have lived at cobble court for several years and have had a few problems but that was with old management ever since the new manager came here it has improved 110% the property looks much better and things get done in a timely manner for the people who leave the bad responses they are probably the problem causers and are just bitter! the office staff and other staff are nothing but friendly courtious and professional so I would reccomend this property to anyone to shelly and the rest of the office staff and other staff give yourselves a pat on the back because you are #1 in my book!

thats funny cause she leaves nasty letters about my dog being off leash all the time but when I confrunted her about this issue and asked what the dog looked like it was not even my dog she has the paperwork that is filled out about my dog yet she did not even take the time to review it before making accusations about my dog it just shows the lack of perfessionalism with this appartment

I really wish apartmentratings.com would remove these obvious inflations by the management at cobble court. WHY would a resident try promoting a new manager?

Worst management ever. Shelly Messenger is horrible. Called by many residents the "messenger regime". Does not live up to their word. When signing a lease, they will trick you into signing for a year saying your rent will not increase when it comes time to re-sign if you sign for another year, but it does. I think this woman has something against pet owners, but apparently if you have a vehicle that doesn't run and sits in a parking spot for three months she doesn't care. Parking is horrible here, while I'm on the subject. Doesn't matter if you have a 2 or 3 bedroom, you get one spot and good luck finding a spot if you get home after 5:30pm.

i agree with the dog one. shelley's inconsiderate. she made me get rid of a dog that was on a supposed "restricted breeds list" that she happened to not be able to find. and when she called her so called "lawyers" she wouldn't let me contact them ? hahhaa. seriously ? what a dumb hoe. she obviously has no heart. and i cant say i have anything to say nice about her. she should be fired, shes got no right being manager of anything
