BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER I WAS READY TO MOVE ON TO A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX, BUT SINCE SHELLY ARRIVED SHE HAS MADE ME MORE THAN HAPPY WITH ALL THE POSITIVE CHANGES. SHE CARES ABOUT US HERE AND WANTS US TO BE TRUELY HAPPY. I'M TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE AND ABOUT THE WONDERFUL MANAGER THAT WE HAVE. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT HER BOSS NEEDS TO GIVE HER A RAISE $$$$ AND LET HER KNOW HOW MUCH SHE MEANS TO US. YO GO GIRL!!!!!!!

she is an inconsiderate b!t(h all she wants is to get you in and then raise the rates while lowering her responsibilities she doen't care about the residents and is only there for the paycheck-a real resident who knows the true story

HAHA, this is seriously funny. shelley ?!!? is the worst &%$* # manager we've ever had at cobble court. i can't believe someone would even post this..are you trying to pull the wool over people's eyes? because this seriously is the WORST place to live. shelley is a B I T C H. shes really no help at all. cobble court would be better off bein run by a monkey.
