6 month nightmare!

My fiance and I lived in these apartments from February until August. It was a nightmare!
Shortly after we moved in, we found out our unit had been empty for up to a year, give or take, which explains why everything from the kitchen sink to the toilet to the window (yes, the window! it wouldn't open! What if we had a fire and that was our only way out''') didn't work. In 6 months, the kitchen light, sink, and refridgerator, and garbage disposal all broke. Took a week to get the light and sink fixed, 2 days for the garbage disposal, and 9 days for the fridge! (9 days and 150$ worth of spoiled food!)
The toilet always ran and ended up overflowing, causing a water damage. Mold around all the windows and lurking somewhere in the bathroom as the smell was overpowering! Management was impossible to work with. Their stuck up and lazy. We just got our refund today. They're charging us $30 to paint! What the hell for' We technically were only there 5 months as we bought a house earlier than aniticipated. $12 for drip pans! Don't these people know you can get the whole set of 4 drip pans at the dollar store for $1.09''' They spend all this money on beauty bark (which they sent God knows how many memos about how we all need to do our part to keep the beauty bark looking nice!) and nothing on security. My car was almost stolen at 2:30 one Wednesday morning. Beauty bark is ugly! And expensive. They should invest in a gated entry, better lighting, or maybe even a couple cameras! I know that a couple of my neighbors had cars vanadlized and even stolen, too! Even the cop told me this specific complex is a hot spot for cars being stolen and stolen cars being dumped! I caught the groundskeeper leaning a rake against my car once, too! I went out there ticked as could be and told him to move his rake, and he looked at me like an idiot and apparently didn't know English. I had to physically move his rake for him! They boast about their pools and weight room. The pool, if you're lucky, is open 5 days out of the entire year. The weight equipment broke shortly after I moved in there, and they never bothered to fix it. The only good thing about this place was my neighbors; fellow renters. I would advise steering clear of this place.
