for starters, you are just upset because the proably asked you to leave. i have lived in cobble court for almost 2 1/2 years and have never had any issues. shelly the manager that has been here a little after i showed up has improved cobble court. the only people that are upset are the ones who cause issues, or are just the people who love missery as company. in reguard to the police always showing up ....... did it ever come to your mind that cobble court has over 300 apartments and is proably about 1/3 of the population of pacific......... it is part or thier route people. pacific police don't show up just for issues, but to put a presence out to everyone that they are watching to prevent problems. i would rather live in a place that had police supervision then to one that didn't, they make it feel safer. not only that but the manager last year added a security guard at night. wow that is going above and beyond to me. again all you complainers just have issues and need to get over it then to bad mouth a great community. in reguards to the so called murders and drugs........... come on people that has not happened for a long long long long time, about the police getting shot in front, obviously you did not watch the news. it happened on the corner of pacific and ellingson ACROSS THE STREET and it was not a gun it was a sling shot. if someone was shot in front of a church.... would you now say that it is full of murders. again know that facts before you open you mouth, and put down someone who works their ass off to make everyone happy. they are even going through a remodel right now, would you say that it is for their own bennifit....... no it is so that the community looks better for us!!!!! in reguards to the maintaince leaving a mess when they come..... ha ha ha thats a funny one, they are maintaince, not house keepers, they are not going to clean up your ---- that was there before they came. the maintiance has always come in a timely manner to fix my apartment and not only that but the ladies in the office call you back to confirm that everything is working o.k. about the sucide, did you know that little old man.... well i did and how dare you put him out there like that, and disrespect someone like that, you should be ashamed. well i have had enough on telling you people how pathetic you are being, bad mouthing a place that provided a roof over your head. overall cobble court is a wonderful place to live and i would refer even my family to live here. they do make sure that we are happy and even put together community activities and raffel drawings to add in a little fun. the manager shelly should get a raise for improving our community. thank you shelly you are the best, and will always rank #1 in my book. thank you again for making this a great place to live.

no, the cops were there all the time. as far as sheeley the manager you probably are shelley the manager writing this review or someone that works there! i recently drove by there to go to the crime riddled place called auburn and noticed the apartments are still sinking into the ground that is why they have to rebuild all the decks.

You must be an employee, is all i can say. you know too much about management to not be an employee. well, actually if by chance that you are a resident then you must be a friend of management to know what goes on within the the office and maintenance! and if management is telling you all that then they are breaking the tenant landlord laws...go figure!!

Wow... on NO other apartment in the area, have I seen the management in such desperation to spin artificial reviews for their community... Listen to gambleronwheels, he describes the area and Auburn to a T. The city of Pacific (and Algona) are mold infested, swampy messes. The mold problem in our apartment was so bad, that I developed allergies to mold! [about the police getting shot in front, obviously you did not watch the news. it happened on the corner of pacific and ellingson ACROSS THE STREET] so it happened 10 yards from the apartment entrance? If a store had crime problems and shootings outside of it would you go inside of it? [and it was not a gun it was a sling shot.] uh... ok.. I doubt a sling shot would get such attention in the lamestream media. [if someone was shot in front of a church.... would you now say that it is full of murders.] No, but I would: 1) not travel in that neighborhood without a CCW (Which you need in Auburn, Pacific unless you are insane.) 2) Seriously consider going to a different church that didn't have such incidences outside "across the street".

UMM i have lived here for FOUR years. and have had only problems! SHELLEY?! she is the WORST manager cobble court has ever had ever. she doesn't care about the people living here. she just wants tenants. and you MUST work here if you like them that much. because i can guarantee almost any tenant you ask would say THEY HATE IT. AND THE MANAGEMENT. are you kidding me? they're not even mature enough to admit their faults.

This apartment complex is a joke. They'll spend money on the property only when they have to, not to make the residents feel better. The only reason they put new decks in was because the ones along Pacific Ave. were falling down. How would you like to rent an apartment and not be able to use your deck for a month during the hottest part of the year? New paint and windows? Yea this is a cosmetic upgrade but probably to try to distract people from the horrible appliances inside the units. After I moved in I had to have the dryer replaced since it took three cycles to dry a load of towels. Let's talk about the water bill for a minute. When I moved in they said my water for one person per month would be around $45. Now I pay $90 a month on average. Based on the percentage of hot water my unit uses..right. Sure would be nice if they turned up the hot water tank. Garbage is included in that true, but let's talk about that. For a 300 unit apartment complex they have 1 (one) dumpster for trash. Do you think it starts to overflow on weekends? It's really nice when your friends come over to visit and they drive by a mountain of garbage waiting to be picked up on Monday. Did I read something about adding a security service? The truth behind that is Shelly did not want the police to drive through the apartments twice a night so she told them to stop unless they were called and hired a security service, which I have never seen onsite by the way. The flyer even recommended residents calling the security service first in an emergency before the police! Thankfully, that didn't happen. I still see the police here almost nightly, which is both a blessing and a curse I suppose. And Shelly, when you read this, just because you throw some paint and windows on the units doesn't mean you can charge what they do up in Lakeland Hills. Cobble Court will never have the quality of living they can offer.

This is the most horrible apartment I have ever lived in!!!!! The bugs, YIKES!, I have to spray my carpets twice a month on top of using Advantage on my house cat (that never goes outside)say goodbye to $150.00 a month and if you want to get rid of the cockroaches forget about it. There is mold all over, you would think that routine maitenance would be to replace the caulking in the bathroom every few years, not here. The "new" dryer still requires two full cycles, yes 2 hrs. to dry even the smallest load so add another $50 to your electric bill. If they hadn't replaced the windows I still wouldn't have screens, three years later. Nice choice during the summer, roast to death or get eaten alive by mosquitos. And finally Shelly doesn't need a raise she needs to be fired, she is a royal B****. These apartments are a S***hole. Spend the extra $50 and move to the 100% better Lakeland Hills. After all the insect killer it probably costs more to live here anyways.
