Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
I have lived here a few years and gone through a few managers now.

The rent is raised EVERY time a lease comes up and we are constantly having new fees added.
The water bills are outrageous. We have been told the rents compare to other areas which is true, but most others priced similar with similar ammeneties include water and garbage, which we pay seperateley.
I will NOT resign when my lease expires.
