I have lived at cobble court for 4 years, and in reguards to the mold...

try cleaning it..

its Washington.

And if you cant clean it, the maintenance guys are nice enough to do it for you.

All you have to do is open your windows once in a while and turn on your bathroom fans when you shower.

Common sense.

I have enjoyed my time at Cobble Court and think that it is a great place to live and think everyone should consider living here

I love this: [I have lived at cobble court for 4 years, and in reguards to the mold... try cleaning it.. its Washington.] yeah it is "washington" that causes the mold there... NOT. In no other apt, condo or home have I had a mold problem like I've had at cobble court... and "cleaning it up" is pointless because the mold is IN THE FRICKEN SUPPORT BEAMS. [And if you cant clean it, the maintenance guys are nice enough to do it for you.] Maintenance was horrible, our stove and light broke and it never got fixed and then you A holes charged us on the walk through when we left. [All you have to do is open your windows once in a while and turn on your bathroom fans when you shower. Common sense.] yes, we did that. It doesn't explain the mold in the living room, covering the walls, the floors and everywhere else does it? and I can understand why someone living there wouldn't want to open there windows. The stench of swamp and decaying matter is outside. [I have enjoyed my time at Cobble Court and think that it is a great place to live and think everyone should consider living here.] Are you crazy? There's thousands of better apartments in the area, and 80% of them even though they are "in washington" have absolutely NO problem with mold or crime.
