I have now lived in this apartment for a year now(Jan. 2007) and will be resigning my lease for another year(until Jan. 2009). Although there have been a few problems, my dishwasher not working properly and some rechaulking around our bathtubs, that both were taken care of same day, we have never had mold, cockroaches, or any other pest problem. That happens when apartments are kept in substandardized conditions. I have never had a problem with the office staff, except over repeatative flyers about changes happening on the property. I do feel that sometimes they seem like apartment ----'s but well it's an apartment and they have management for a reason. I have a fmaily and I am not afraid of crime and such nonsense here, there is minimal noise which I wanted. Overall the apartments are a decent place to live for a little while.
