For a 3 bedroom APARTMENT, it is great

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I love living here.
It is my first place outside of living with my parents.
There are a few wild neighbors, but they mostly don't bother anyone.
Rent is affordable compared to neighboring apartments.
2nd year.
My rent just jumped 25 dollars since last years lease, but staff is great.
