I have lived here for 2 years now and this is a very nice and affordable place to reside. The current staff is still new from a big turnover, but they are learning the ropes and I have not had any problems that have not been resolved while living here. The other tenants are usually courteous, and if I have ever had a complaint, the management was quick to warn the neighbors. Sometimes, people don't watch their children and that is the only big problem I have encountered. It is discourteous and really sad for these kids to be allowed to run around unattended, especially at the pool. WATCH YOUR KIDS and everyone will be happy.
The apartments are spacious and have washer/dryer. Nice floorplans and if something breaks or wears out, the maintenence crew is great!
No complaints here!
