This complex itself is not bad. The apartment's are nice inside however the management staff is horrible. No one answer's their phone when calling the office, complaints are NEVER handled and if something breaks or needs to be fixed in your apartment, GOOD LUCK having that happen. I know quite a few people in the complex and the manager let's some people rent bigger apartments for less money than she charges everyone else. I understand the complex is "income" restricted housing but does it need to be ghetto' Not everyone living in this complex has assisted housing or section 8. I know some people who are "afraid" to complain because the manager knows too much information about them and they are afraid of the reprecussions. The playground would be nice and is nice when the apartment ghetto kids come out on their own while their parent's do who knows what. Sunday's are the best because most of the parents send their kids to Sunday school to get a break. Management is aware of this issue as well and they put it in their newsletter yet they never address it. Their is ---- on the sidewalks and garbage everywhere. She has two maintenance guy who do all the work. They do the best they can but come on management they need help. Also 930 for a 4 bedroom is NOT cheap especially not when this is the kind management you have running the place.
