While apartment living has never been my first choice, my only real complaint about the Broadmoor was the price. I understand the concept of luxury apartment living, but this IS the Tri-Cities. However, the office staff is consistently helpful, the resident activities always offer lots of opportunity for great prizes, and the layout and appliance are well above average.
