Not so bad as the others!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I personally did not experience what the others have. I loved my floor plan and the extra touches in my unit. Parking was tight, but manageable. I enjoyed the community events and loved the office staff, they were always helpful. I would recommend the broadmoor to any newcomers coming to the area.
