This place is a joke listen to the other people on here that have stated how bad this place is. The main thing i hate with The Broadmoor is the management. They are the worst simple the worst. Please stay away only way to fix this problem is not to give them your money. They are nice before you get the apartment once you hand over the cash thats it you no longer matter. The Broadmoor Apartments= Overpriced, rude, fee-loving, subhuman, soul stealers.
