We were not here under the last management but we have been very happy and pleased with the current management. Melinda, the manager, and her staff have been very professional and helpful in helping us get situated in the Tri-Cities area. It was a pleasure working with her as we applied and filled out the necessary paper work involved with moving here. We still count her as one of our closest friends in this new area. Our apartment has been relatively trouble free. The one incident we had with the dish washer was repaired and back in operation within two days. I especially enjoy the exercise room and use it daily with the many different types of equipment available there. It is open all the time and has never been crowded during the early morning hours when I prefer to use it. I would definitely recommend The Crossings to my friends.
