These apartments are so poorly bult somene must have bribed the building inspector to get them past code. The pluming is so noisy that if your neigbor turns on the water it drowns out your television. You will hear every time your neighbor gets a drink of water, runs the dishwasher, flushes the toilet. On top of that the walls are so thin you hear the noise from bathroom celing fans left on all day while tenants are away and you have to compete with their tvs and stereos in order to hear yours. And management does nothing about it even though I was assured this was a quiet place when I moved in. I can hardly wait to move out.
