I wouldn't call this place a total dive, but it definitely motivates me to buy a house sooner! I don't feel like I have any privacy. The managers seem nice, although I don't know them too well. This definitely wouldn't have been my first choice apartment, however, being a single mom I chose the cheapest and first available place I could find when I needed to move.
