I found the management staff to be very helpful and friendly. I moved to Alta Pointe sight-unseen because I had gotten a job and have to move across the country in a week. The apartment manager was the biggest help out of everyone I had called. When I arrived she had a welcome package for me in my apartment and also was very helpful in suggesting locations for me to find furniture, etc. I never had any problems with anyone. It was very cozy and well-kept. The pool was always clean and laundry facilities were nice, even though you had to wait as you would at any laundry facility. I never had a problem with mold, but living in the dampest climate in the US, one would assume that simply keeping your apartment clean would keep the mold away. But, this was my first home in Washington and I loved it. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment and apartment managers, they deserve better than the reviews they've received. They are good people and keep a good facility by knowing who good tenants are. I enjoyed them so much that I've even asked them to help me work on projects for my own job, and it went famously. I loved them, for the money, location, and service, I couldn't have asked for more.
