since choosing alta pointe as our home my family and i are happy with the apartment complex as a whole. our apartment is very well equipped and is in very good shape considering the age of the complex. with what i've seen so far, the managers are consistently improving each apartment and grounds as best they can. a lot of the apartments have had their own washer/dryer unit added for the tenant's convienience. in the fall of 06 the whole complex was repainted and in feb.07 new carpet was placed on all the stairways greatly adding to the appearance and quietness of the apartments. the managing couple is friendly, outgoing and give a genuine sense of concern to each tenant as they come in while keeping a private and professional aire about them.
