When I first moved in there, I loved it. In time I realized that they will rent to ANYONE. There was constant noise from upstairs and at one point there was a crack pipe found and the Manager said not to call the police, she would handle it. Obviously she was smoking it with them because NOTHING changed over the next several months. The wife manager is snotty and bossy. She keeps all kinds of crap on her deck, but if you leave your BBQ setting out crooked, you get a phone call. I ended up moving out because of the constant noise and there was mold growing on the walls and my son and I were constantly getting sick. She claimed the mold was my fault, but it only grew on exterior-facing walls. Every time I said something to her about the mold she would say "Use bleach and keep it clean". Except that it was NEVER WENT AWAY. So after two years of dealing with these people, I split. And to top it off, I cleaned my apartment when I left and she still charged me a total of over $500 for cleaning. Money-hungry slum lords is all they are...
