Price is fair
- On paper the rules look fair but are bias depending on who she likes
- Management put a decal on my roomates window for parking in my spot it blocked a good portion of the driver being able to see the road couldn't drive without removing it. (wtf')


I have not seen any black mold although maitenance has only come when there was a leakly faucet but wont come fix a Garbage disposal. Management talks down to you when you are young (under 40) she is a control freak. Asks you to do things but wont do anything you ask. avoids any questions you have. repeates herself even if you confirm that you understand. This place is great without management in your face.
currently looking for a better place... in a box behind fredmeyer would be better than this hell hole. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I agree completely. Christy is a huge ----- from hell. She lives on the property and is in everyones business. I got that parking sticker too and it is still partly on my window. She is a control freak and I hope she dies cause she is going to hell.
