just wait... the wicked witch of the west will eventually evict... or i mean, give you a 30 day vacate notice for absolutely NO REASON!

It was nice when I lived there too... that is until management knows who you are and targets you for no reason and then kicks you out for absolutely no reason. Living on the streets would be better than dealing with the manager. She's evicted so many people out of Alta Point the past few months just because people disagree with her. She goes on a power trip and doesn't care about anybody but herself. Don't agree with her and she'll make your life a living hell. Plus her drunk husband is always a delight. Also, the best thing to do is to keep your blinds closed or she will go around snooping in your apartment and before you know it you'll come home from work with a note on your door because she's to scared to meet you face to face. Have fun living in hell.
