Ive lived here for almost a year now and i love the place! my children love the pool, and i love the area! the trees are so peaceful. i havent had any noise problems what so ever! which is almost unheard of! the management here is awesome! the only problem i had they came in and fixed within a day! they are very nice people here. i would recommend this place to everyone i know! which i've already been doing! i plan on staying here for some time!! i love it here! i love that its assigned parking because i dont have to come home and worry about no parking. the apartments have great layouts, and the rooms are the perfect size!
people who complain about this place must have something wrong with em! i figure, if you pay your rent on time, and arent too noisey you should have no problems.

My rent was ALWAYS on time, and was never noisy... EVER! I had black mold growing all throughout my apartment and I told her everysingle day and all she ever did was say "Oh it's normal. It will go away." Yet the whole apartment just stunk from black mold growing. Yet she did nothing. EVER! If you ever disagree with what she says then you will come home to a note on your door. She's a wack job. She will make your life a living hell. My apartment manager would NEVER recommend Alta Pointe to anybody. Terrible place to live.
