Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Just like BAD PLACE they did the same to me and my husband, we all of a sudden got a phone call demanding payment. we had military orders and 20 days notice yet they still think that we have a broken lease, then they spend 250 dollers more then what we were quoted to repair mini blinds a do touch up paint. They see no record of us putting a pet deposit down yet we have the recipt, the lawyer was happy to take the case to say the least. they need to read up on washington state renters laws, good thing i did
