Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002

They want your money but, when it comes to providing service such as cleaning the walk ways or taking care of noise complaints you are on your own. 2 out of the 3 staff members are pleasant. The third needs to go. Their rent comparisions are not done with other properties in Port Orchard. They use Silverdale prices as their basis for establishing rent. This is not Silverdale!! Long term residence are looked at as a liability rather than an asset. The walkways haven't been cleaned since the beginning of Dec 2001. You also have to pay your own water bill. For the price you pay they should have maid service.
