Nothing But Empty Promises

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We have been here fore over a year and it was the biggest mistake...first they took away our garbages and placed one giant one at the top of the hill so now we have to lug our smelly trash up 1/4 of a mile to a trash can that is always full!!! and all this for "more parking spaces" which after 5 months you think would have been started on by now
when we singed our lease in Aug 2006 they told us that we would get our apartments carpets cleaned and new working dishwasher...we finally got our new dishwasher in april 2007 and have yet to recieve our carpet cleaning!!!
and now that our lease is up they are raising our rent $50!!! like for some reason they deserve more money...they make taking out garbage more of a burden and now they want more money!! Unbelievable!!!
