I moved here from NC and had to find an apartment online so I wasn't too disappointed. The apartment is spacious and now I hear that they have upgrade some apartments and are charging ridiculous prices. Parking really sucks, you get no assigned parking at all unless you want to pay for a carport. We only paid a $200 deposit and I'm finding that apartments in Silverdale charge alot more. BUT....they say your deposit is refundable and then take $100 of that for carpet cleaning''' That never happened to me in NC, we did it ourselves or paid to have it done and it never cost $100 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I think I'm getting ripped off a little bit. But other than that, I haven't had too many complaints. We have alot of bratty teenagers here that will egg your car or shut off the main circuit breaker to your house (why do they have the circuit breakers outside anyway). The staff even posted flyers stating that some cars were broken into. But other than that, it's not too bad
