I have lived in these apartments for quite sometime and am very pleased with my apartment community. The grounds are always kept immaculate. If there has ever been a repair needed in the apartment, the staff has taken care of it immediately. The office staff, Shelly and Tim have been so wonderful to me. They have always been pleasant to talk with. They seem to really care about making this apartment complex a excellent place to reside. They both appear to care about the residents that live here. I have not lived in an apartment in years, and looked at several before I found this one. I believe, by far, these are the best apartment complexes in Port Orchard. Not only for the cleanliness of the property but also the professional, yet personal staff in the office.
