THe electric bills are so over priced I could be heating a large home. The people in the office seem nice enough. But if you ever need someone in the middle of the night because people are partying until all hours GOOD LUCK! It is horrible the master bedroom is attached to the balcony and the walls are paper thin...you can hear everything and when my daughter was little and slept in our room there were people above us yelling F-bombs every time they got drunk and stayed up late -which was often. As soon as our lease is up I am out of here. Oh and as for the gym the strength building machines - half are broken and the treadmill and EFX room -the tv hasn't worked for almost a year. The grounds are always clean but that is not good enough. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are a young single that like to party or stay up late. And our vehicle got broken into a few weeks before Christmas.

Everyones power bill was high due to the cold weather. We have the office number for after hours and someone always gets back to you, another chose is to call the police. I live in the newer apartments and the man that did alot of the work here told me that they put extra insulation in. I can not hear anything when I am inside my apartment. Good luck going to a different apartment the noise in your apartment is worse,(I have been in diffent apartments and no one is better than Arbor Terrace) People abuse everything that Arbor Terrace offers to us. We need to start taking care of the gym etc. The grounds are always nice but people let their animals due their job in them and the flower beds get trampeled on

Everyone who puts in a bad review on the apartment they just moved out is disgruntle because they did not get what they want if you dont like it here then move out and dont say nothing because you were unlucky and got an apartment below a young person, and by the way the walls are not paper thin.
